The procedure : First of all one should get the
prescribed bilingual (Hindi/English) form which is available
free of cost in the office subject to showing FIR lodged with
the Local Police Station about the missing person ; the duly
filled-in columns of the said form is required to be returned
alongwith a photo-graph of the missing person of the size
20*25 cms and the FIR both duly attested by judicial magistrate.
Besides this, Kendra also receives the dossiers containing
photographs and other allied documents from the Department
of Police. |

The information about the missing persons is
scheduled for telecast mostly before and / or after our news
bulletins or wherever we find it suitable to accommodate.
There is a procedure of sequencing such requests for telecast
and it is generally ensured on ' first come first served'
basis. There is no fee levied for telecasting
this information with live announcements with picture and
the allied information about the missing persons.
